Snap-on's "Tool Chopper," designed and built by Orange County Choppers, features a miniature tool box under the seat, wrenches, rachetts, sockets, extensions, and hexagon shaped tubing in the frame of the unique bike during the Snap-on Masters of Metal Tool Trade Show Thursday at the Chisholm Trail Expo Center Pavilion.
