ESPCA 23 Rescued Dogs

Crissia Bullock, the lead medical coordinator for the Enid SPCA, examines "PC-18," one of twenty-three rescued dogs from a Pond Creek residence. According to Dr. Stephen Chambers and Bullock, the 52-pound dog had permanent damage to his left eye, severe fly bites on his ears and was 25-30 pounds underweight.
