Progressive Missionary Baptist Church moved to the new location on the corner of 12th and Ash. Even though a fire hydrant was located on the northwest corner of the intersection, the city of Enid said the church would have to pay for a new water line installation from the east if the congregation wanted to build a new sanctuary.
